Sacramental Certified Copies:
If you would like to get a copy of any of your sacraments that have been done here at St. Basil's, you may do so by emailing meila.jugao@gmail.com or call (213) 381-6191.
Please provide us with your full name, address, phone number, parents name (mother's maiden name), date of birth and date of the sacrament. There is a fee of $5.00 which must be payed first if the certificate is being mailed.
Please give us a few days to search for the records. The copy of the certificate will be kept for three (3) months, but will be destroyed if not picked up after that time.
